Where do young men go to learn to be good MEN?
The WIELD Manhood Experience is led by seasoned entrepreneurs, husbands, fathers, business & community leaders, providing guidance and mentorship for males in the height of transition to adulthood.
Intense & fully-immersive, young men take a deep dive into the elements of positive manhood: being a gentleman, developing discipline, work ethic, financial independence, relationship management, healthy living, critical thinking & more.

The
Where Will The Young Men Reside?
Campers will reside in WIELD Housing - fully furnished apartments in Uptown Charlotte. There will be 8 men to a unit, and unit members will be grouped by age.
What Is the itinerary for the experience?
Each week will focus on a theme, and the daily agenda will contain sessions and activities related to that theme. For example, if the theme is Professional Development, sessions may include business acumen & etiquette, communication skills, networking, etc.
Why is the mini-session non-resident?
The residential component is designed to foster community and bonding for the entire 4 weeks. The one week mini-session is available for those campers who would like the foundational experience only.
Will there be free time?
Yes, there will be down time throughout the month for campers to relax, reflect, and unwind.
Can I register for the entire summer?
Yes. In order to do so, please select 3 on the registration page.
is there adult supervision for minors?
Yes. Each unit has a Quartermaster who serves as a resident advisor/big brother for the group.
Is A payment plan available
Yes, with final payment due 2 days before session begins. Payment details will be provided once registration is processed.
Can I Bring A Car?
Yes, you can bring a car, though we suggest you don’t. Activities and sessions are all within walking distance of WIELD Housing, and transportation to farther events will be provided.

CHANGE YOUR WORLD
Admission to WIELD is highly selective. Applicants compete nationally for a spot in a cohort. Cohorts are kept small in order to maintain a personal, hands-on experience.
